Face to Face Counselling and Psychotherapy
This is a formal and official model for delivery of counselling and psychotherapy. Patients and therapist could have a therapeutic communication, make psychological assessment and analysis and work with patients for psychotherapeutic intervention so as to make clients as being recovered from mental health issues, emotional issues, depression, anxiety, grief and loss and parenting issues as well as relationship breakdown.

$150 / Session (60-75 mins, excluding GST. pay after each session or purchase package sessions with a discount rate. Please contact us for more details about package rate.

We also provide outreach services to suitable clients who can not access to our office for some reasons. Please contact us for fees and availability.
Telephone or Internet Counselling and Psychotherapy
Distance model is suitable for patients who can not access our service due to physical problems or other acceptable reasons. However, please note that the clinical efficacy of this model can not be guaranteed as signal of internet or phone line is prone to being interfered by others.
