The main purpose of holding this information is to better understand your circumstance so as to provide appropriate assistance and advice, and make suitable referral when necessary, and to ensure the safety of all consumers at all times.
If we have to disclose some of this personal information to the professionals, organisations or government, this will be in accordance with the provisions of all relevant legislation and regulations that apply to us.
If you are concerned that the Centre may have handled your personal information inappropriately, please contact us. All privacy complaints will be taken seriously and we will endeavour to deal with them promptly. In some cases we may require that you put your complaint in writing.
